Proquadro: Privacy policy and consent

PRIVACY POLICY FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

PROQUADRO SRL with registered office in Via Roveredo, 20/b Pordenone (hereinafter, "Controller"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

Scope of processing

The Data Controller processes the personal data, identification data (e.g. name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank and payment details) that you provide (hereinafter "personal data" or simply "data").

Purpose of processing

Your personal data are processed to contact you for the purpose of a possible search for personnel
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the relevant processing is carried out by means of manual, computerised and telematic instruments, according to logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same data,
the communication of the data provided by you with the above-mentioned communication is optional and has the effect of a candidature for a possible future recruitment;
In assessing the above, in order to give us your consent to the processing, please bear in mind that among the personal information subject to processing and provided by you voluntarily there may also be some data defined as "sensitive" (relating, in particular, to your belonging to protected categories).

Methods of processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR and namely:
collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data.
Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
We inform you that your personal data will be stored (in electronic or paper files) for a maximum of 24 months, and subsequently will be deleted, unless you indicate otherwise.

Access to data

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated above:
• to employees of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal staff in charge of processing;
• to third-party companies or other subjects (e.g. companies specialising in recruitment or assessment of candidate professional profiles) that carry out activities in outsourcing on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as external data processors

Data communication

Without the need for express consent (under art. 24 letters a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and art. 6 letters b) and c) of the GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those entities to whom disclosure is required by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
These entities will process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers. Your data will not be disseminated.

Data transfer

Personal data are stored on servers located at the registered office of the data controller, within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU.
In this case, the Data Controller hereby guarantees that the transfer of data outside of the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.

Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide consent

The provision of data for the service purposes is mandatory.

Rights of the data subject

As data subject, you have the rights under art. 15 of the GDPR, namely the right to:
I. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
II. obtain indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic means; d) the identification details of the data controller, processors and representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, of the GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as designated representative in the territory of the State, processors or persons in charge of processing;
III. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
IV. oppose, in whole or in part and on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning you
Where applicable, s/he also has the rights under articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of restriction of processing, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Data Protection Supervisor.

Procedures for the exercise of rights

You may at any time exercise your rights by sending:
